Legal Contract Binding

When a client purchases a service from ingrambookspublishings, they agree to the Legal Contract Binding. This includes the handling of legal notices related to Trademarks, Patents, and legal claims.

If a client chooses to close their business, they are required to submit proper cancellation documentation to remove their legal name from business records. This process helps protect the business owner from legal liabilities connected to an infringing business name.

Failure to provide the required documentation releases ingrambookspublishings from any responsibility for legal damages arising from such infringement matters.

Revision Policy

The number of revisions available is determined by the package you select. You may request revisions as outlined in your package details. Our goal is to deliver services that meet your expectations, and we will continue revisions until your requirements are fulfilled.

No additional charges apply unless the original design concept is altered. Revised designs are typically delivered within 48 hours.

Any revisions or changes requested after final approval of logo designs will be treated as a new order and billed separately.

Refund Policy

ingrambookspublishings refund policy will not apply under the following conditions:

  • A special package has been selected.
  • The primary design concept has been approved.
  • Revisions have been requested.
  • The cancellation is due to reasons unrelated to the company.
  • No communication has occurred for more than two weeks after project initiation.
  • Company policies have been violated.
  • Another company or designer has been engaged for the same project.
  • The creative brief lacks required information.
  • A complete design change has been requested.
  • The refund request exceeds the allowed submission timeframe.
  • The business is closing, changing ownership, or renaming.

Reasons such as a change of mind, partner disagreements, or unrelated issues are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

If a service bundle is purchased and dissatisfaction applies to a single service, refunds will apply only to that specific service and not the entire bundle.

No refunds will be issued after seven days from the date of purchase.

Services including, but not limited to, Social Media Marketing/Management, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Domain Registration, Logo Copyrights & Trademarks, Web Hosting, and Paid Plugins (SSL/DDoS) are non-refundable.

Website-related refunds will not be considered once design approval has been granted and development has begun.

No refunds will be processed once logo or website designs are approved.

A partial refund (up to 25%) may be issued if the client fails to provide an initial design brief within ten days of placing the order.

Refunds will not be issued after final file delivery and client approval.

Note: ingrambookspublishings reserves the right to decline any project or terminate a contract when deemed necessary. Following a refund, the client forfeits all rights to use the designs for any purpose. All refunded designs remain the sole property of ingrambookspublishings.

Once your refund request is received, it will be reviewed promptly. After the necessary evaluation is completed, the refund process will be initiated.

Upon receipt of a refund, you will no longer retain any rights to designs submitted by ingrambookspublishings. Relevant information will be submitted to Government Copyright Agencies to ensure legal compliance.

Delivery Policy

Final deliverables will be sent to the registered account on the date specified in the Order Confirmation, along with a confirmation email.

Turnaround times depend on the selected package, with a minimum delivery period of two business days.

Record Maintenance

ingrambookspublishings retains records of finalized designs. If files are misplaced, copies can be provided upon request. File retrieval may incur additional charges.

Communication Policy

You acknowledge that ingrambookspublishings is not responsible for communication from email addresses or phone numbers not associated with our official domain (..@ingramsparkglobalpublication.com) or those not listed on our website.

We are not liable for damages resulting from contact information not issued by us.

Project reactivation charges may apply if there is no client response for 45 days.

We accept full responsibility for communications conducted through our verified domains and listed contact channels.
